Our offices in London and New Zealand provide tax compliance and advisory services to individuals, partnerships, trusts and companies. What your first months will look like

Your role at the firm would be as a Tax Associate, based within one of our business groups, and would be a structured entry level opportunity. During your first weeks, you will have full-time technical training and inductions. All training assumes no prior knowledge of tax or accounting. After that, you will join your practice group to start applying this knowledge to client work while continuing your development through further formal training and on-the-job learning

Development and career progression

You will be fully supported in studying for professional qualifications with us, starting with the US Enrolled Agent (EA) and the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) with the opportunity to take further qualifications. Your aim, in the first five to six years, will be working your way up from Tax Associate to Tax Senior, and Assistant Manager to Manager where you will be responsible for signing out tax returns for our clients
