About Frasers Group
Frasers Group is a global powerhouse and a collection of the world's most iconic brands including, FLANNELS, Jack Wills, GAME, House of Fraser and Sports Direct. We don't hesitate to push forward and change the way the industry operates, diversifying our portfolio and elevating stores.
Our Elevation Programme is a two year, rotational, fast track scheme within our commercial team. Throughout your time you will have exposure to activities and departments such as: making decisions on which products to sell and what they'll be priced at, buying, identifying customer trends and assessing how products perform. The programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You'll discover what it means to think without limits, own it and act without hesitation.
There is no other programme like this with such broad, fast tracked exposure within commercial head office retail. So, in order to succeed we need you to become fearless and we can help you get there through our supportive benefits programme, which includes free hotel accommodation, food and laundry for your first year, a £25k starting salary and discounts across all our brands.
We're looking for someone with a passion for retail who can help us elevate our success and bring our data to life. We will consider any degree disciplines, and if you don't have a degree you'll need one year of experience in any industry.
You must have valid working rights for any EMEA countries. We want someone who can put commerciality at the forefront of their decision making, be fearless and push the boundaries of our industry.
The programme offers a progression route for salary increases, with top performers reaching 80k after two years. The wide-range of exposure to multiple business areas that we offer means that you can truly become the next champion of commercial retail.
Don't hesitate, act now and click apply.
