As a Graduate joining Fujitsu you will be allocated to one of our Junior Talent Role streams. Each role stream will provide you with the specific training, network and support you need to get off to a flying start in your careers at Fujitsu.  

To compliment the role stream specific training, you will also undertake a 24 month modular development programme. This covers key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Each module will provide you the opportunity to take charge of your own development and allow you to expand your network with the full Junior Talent cohort across Europe. 

You will be aligned to Sales which will enable you to develop your skills in Sales and Business Development. As a Sales Graduate at Fujitsu you will be responsible for:

  • Completing the required Sales training
  • Completing the training related to your area of specialism
  • Support members of the Sale Team on deals
  • Develop into a Sales professional responsible for deals and achieving Revenue and Profit Targets
  • Become Buddy / Mentor for future Graduates as your career develops

Working alongside Sales Leaders, Bid Managers, Account Managers, Pre-Sales, CTO’s and Sector Leaders you will:

  • Working closely with the NI team, support the development of the NI Account strategy, goals and financial objectives
  • Understand NI Government Departments business aims and develop Fujitsu opinions on how to achieve their objectives
  • Ability to participate in a complex sales opportunity and assist in the management of key internal stakeholders across a range of disciplines to develop a compelling customer proposition
  • Presenting and articulating propositions to senior stakeholders
  • Providing pro-active thought leadership to the Customers teams to guide and shape their approach and outcomes
  • Work closely with the NI Team to engage early in the customer’s procurement process and help formulate Fujitsu’s strategy; provide guidance and direction to bid teams in strategic opportunities
  • Develop relationships with Fujitsu key partners including Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow and SMEs in the NI market

For any IT and Technology positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) subject, or have relevant technical experience 

Some applicants may not have traditional qualifications as listed above, and have prior learning and skills developed from the workplace, these will be considered on a case by case basis.
