Job description

The successful graduate will join one of our established medical divisions where they will receive one to one, on the job training in healthcare recruitment. Your main duties will include; liaising with candidates, resourcing suitable vacancies and working closely with a designated mentor who will help fast track your career in recruitment. Candidates will be given intense on the job training and a solid pathway to becoming a consultant on one of our successful medical divisions.

Once employed at Globe Locums you will be given all the necessary tools and training to achieve your ambitions.

Globe’s recruiters will also be required to attend conferences in the UK and overseas, visit clients in locations across the UK and Ireland and attend entertainment events we organise for our clients.

Person requirements

Candidates will also display strong team work skills and have a desire to work in an environment where they can fast track their careers.

Qualifications and experience requirements

  • Degree - 2:2 or above in any discipline
  • Three A-levels
  • At least a B in GCSE maths and English
