Prospects Hedd is the UK university system’s official candidate verification service. You will be working in the Hedd Help Team. The role entails supporting both enquirer customers and our university partners, activating accounts, responding promptly to queries via email, answering customer phone calls and updating system information.
What we are looking for
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. They will be quick to learn new systems and processes. A basic understanding of different levels of qualifications and the UK university system will be helpful.
Educated to at least A-level, GCSE maths and English A-C or equivalent is a must.
