About Grayce

Grayce believes in the power of new talent and the value that their perspective can bring to a business. The Grayce graduate Development Programme is a three-year journey designed to shape graduates into future change leaders, offering training, support and the opportunity to gain real experience working in change and transformation.

When you join our graduate Development Programme, you become an Analyst that’s part of our UK-wide Grayce Community. From here, Grayce provides you with the training and support needed to gain a strong understanding of how to deliver change and transformation, across Project Management, Business Analysis and Data Analysis.

You build on your skills each year with the support of your Delivery Manager. They will be your career coach throughout the Development Programme, helping you to build a bespoke training plan to reach your professional goals.

A career in business change and transformation has never been more relevant, with businesses looking to stay competitive, embed new technology and drive operational efficiencies. Together, our growing Analyst Community are supporting cutting-edge change programmes in cybersecurity, law, insurance, banking, IT, retail – and much more.

Recruiting on a rolling basis in locations such as London, Manchester, Cambridge, Liverpool, Yorkshire, West Sussex and more – your career with Grayce could start today.

Grayce gives you that step into companies that you wouldn’t normally get elsewhere. Having the opportunity to transition throughout different clients is really good; you get to boost your network, your knowledge and that makes it a very holistic experience.

Rebecca Turnick, Grayce Analyst
