As Trainee Bid Writer at Grundon - a fantastic grad opportunity - you will join our Colnbrook office, near Heathrow. Learning on the job, you will support our Tender Manager with compiling bids and co-ordinating and writing responses, producing tenders offering sustainable waste management solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally, you are educated to degree level and have studied environmental/sustainability-focused subjects/modules.
  • A strong and persuasive writer and proof-reader, with a high standard of written and verbal English.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and an imaginative, flexible and creative thinker.
  • Enthusiasm and interest in learning about the waste management industry and shadowing industry professionals.
  • Ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes and see behind the questions being asked.
  • Full UK driving licence.
