Working on the phone in an inbound capacity, webchat or demonstrating excellence via email, you`ll be delivering first class customer service across multiple platforms. You`ll be taking details from customers and immediately passing them to the relevant office in order to help generate business; so we will train you up so you`ll know our departments inside and out; being an expert in what you do.
Of course you`ll need to be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with the ability to multi-task and a keen eye for capturing any trends you discover whilst speaking with customers and sharing with the management team.
The Customer Services Team is a fast-paced and exciting environment; so you`ll need to have the ability to think on your feet and make good quick thinking decisions. The team is a close-knit one; incentivised by prizes and competitions - so you`ll be a team player who knows how tocollaborate in a competitive environment.
