The Graduate recruitment scheme at HealthCare21 is now in its sixth year. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, recent life science graduate to introduce into the world of medical communications. The successful candidate will be given experience in all of the major functions in the company – account management, event organisation, medical writing, digital communications and integrated project planning and programme development incorporating the use of various media. Both on-the-job, internal and external training will be provided. This opportunity will provide broad based experience and training to allow the candidate to develop into a more specialised role within the company.
HealthCare 21 is a thriving independent medical communications company in Cheshire, working in challenging therapy areas where there is a high educational need. As such, a significant proportion of our work involves the development of expert-led medical and scientific content for a wide range of technology rich projects aimed at different healthcare stakeholders. Our clients are all among the top ten pharmaceutical companies in the global market.
The ideal candidate should be organised, articulate, conscientious, and confident in dealing with senior people in the industry and in the medical profession. The ability to quickly acquire and assimilate new information and manage your time in response to changing priorities will be key. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
