To ensure Hitachi Medical Systems (HMSE) delivers the highest standards of customer service and support, there is a team of Product Specialists working across the UK to provide clinical application support to our sales department by demonstrating products, managing installations and providing training and education on our products/applications to customers in order to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals.

As a Product Specialist you will be involved with many aspects of the sales and after-sales process. The main focus will be performing product demonstrations and hand-over as required by Regional Sales Managers and in-line with HMSE policies and guidelines. But you’ll also be involved in the product development process, as the information you feedback to managers about market, products, product quality and other relevant matters, will be forwarded to the Headquarters and HMSE and used to predict new market trends, to provide the foresight for our product development, so that we can release solutions tailored to meet customers' current and future needs.

Qualifications and experience requirements
This role would ideally suit someone with a degree or equivalent in biomedical sciences, clinical engineering, medical engineering or similar relevant subject; alternatively medical experience as a Physician, Nurse, MTA, MRTA, Radiographer, Sonographer or Cardiac Technician would qualify; or a PGDip or DMU in medical ultrasound would be suitable.
