Job description

  • Proactively contribute to the high safety standard of the group
  • Participate in various project teams and activities as well as interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Design, recommend and execute experimental programmes with guidance from supervisor
  • Schedule analytical and performance, bench and engine tests and monitor progress to ensure testing is delivered to a high-quality standard and against established timelines
  • Collate, document and analyse data and present conclusions
  • Opportunities to use various laboratory techniques including spectroscopy and chromatography
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment
  • Carry out the design and synthesis of novel compounds

Qualifications

BSc or MChem in a chemistry-based subject.
