Job description

We have a limited number of management trainee positions starting in September 2020 for commercially minded individuals with management potential. The successful applicants will join our network of talented managers leading the transformation of ISS via the below programmes:

UK Management Trainee Programme:
As a UK Management Trainee, you will join our business and undertake three six-month rotations, across sectors such as operations and central support. This not only means variety, but also the chance to gain a clear understanding of ISS UK and to broaden your commercial awareness and skill set.

Global Management Trainee Programme:
As a Global Management Trainee, you will rotate through our core services i.e. Cleaning, Catering and Security, providing you with an in depth understanding of our service delivery. You will also have the opportunity to complete a three-month international placement gaining insight into our global footprint.

From day one we will assign you with a mentor from the National Management Team who will coach, sponsor and support you. We will also provide you with excellent opportunities to develop your understanding and skills within operations, building customer partnerships, business strategy and leadership.
