On your journey to becoming an expert in Manufacturing, you will learn how to effectively implement and manage a lean operation, how to interpret the digital engineering lifecycle of a vehicle and develop a solid core competence in engineering which will form your underpinning knowledge as a Manufacturing Engineer.

Quality:

To ensure the delivery of quality vehicles product compliance is high on our agenda. As an Apprentice in this area you will support vehicle certification by developing skills in understanding compliance regulations (new and existing) and you will gain experience in both the emissions and non-emissions elements of compliance. They interact with every part that goes into our cars, with the focus of delivering excellence. As an apprentice in this area you will have the opportunity to be involved in almost every aspect of one of our cars’ life cycle. There are many stakeholders (including our suppliers) that collaborate to create our products, and you will gain exposure to many of these through structured placements.
