Job description

Joining J.P. Morgan means working for an industry leader that will help you grow and succeed in your career. This is a culture of talented people who respect each other and work together to achieve amazing results. Your skills will be enhanced by top leaders and colleagues in an environment where you can realize your full potential.

We offer Spring Week opportunities across our businesses, including Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Banking & Risk Management, Sales, Trading & Research and Technology.

New for 2018 we’re launching Spring Week: Finance for Non-Finance Students designed especially for students from non-finance or humanities backgrounds. It’s designed to give you an insight into what it’s like to work in Investment Banking for a leading financial services firm and explain the opportunities open to you based on your skill set.

There’s only so much you can learn from books, brochures, websites or career events. If you really want to find out what it’s like to work at J.P. Morgan, work at J.P. Morgan. You don’t need to study business or economics, but you will need to bring excellent analytical, collaborative, communication and leadership skills.

Spring Weeks are vital for us to meet our future leaders - and many people who attend receive an offer to join us on a Summer Internship Program for the following year. It will be a challenging and rewarding experience. But don’t take our word for it - find out for yourself and apply.
