Here at Kier we have a wide range of roles from HR graduate positions right through to industry spesific roles such as Civil Engineering and many more.
We'll focus your Kier Graduate Development Programme (GDP) on your individual needs, experience, goals and priorities. It will incorporate technical, commercial and business skills training courses – all delivered to you at the right time to meet your specific requirements.
The GDP is geared towards three goals:
- supporting you in achieving chartership within your chosen professional body
- equipping you with the technical skills and knowledge to carry out your role to the very highest standards, and
- starting you on your way to becoming a future leader in the business.
To help you stay on track, we'll keep in constant touch throughout your three years as a Kier graduate. Every six months you'll have a meeting with your mentors, where you'll have the opportunity to discuss your progress and identify future areas for development.
