Kier Professional Services (KPS) provide engineering solutions to technical challenges across the Kier Group. They have a reputation for delivering complex schemes which combine practical knowledge and intelligent solutions for both temporary and permanent works.
Working predominantly in the design office, you will also get the opportunity to work on site to support the construction teams and gain a broad range of experience.
You will have access to a range of cutting-edge design and drawing software, as well as support from professional engineers, to assist in reaching the best solutions.
The Graduate Development Program is a three year scheme geared towards three goals:
- Supporting you in achieving chartership within your chosen professional body
- Equipping you with the technical skills and knowledge to carry out your role to the very highest standards

Qualifications and experience requirements
Your degree should be accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers. Gaining some practical work experience before you apply will also give you an edge.
