The Programme
We are looking for future managers to join our expanding utilities and rail business. The successful candidates will be commercial astute individuals who can be part of our continuous expansion and success, inspiring others, leading teams and generating new ideas to support economies of scale across our alliances.

The programme will see you rotate in a wide range of areas which could include operational management, supply chain, logistics, and Commercial. You will work on business specific projects and spend time learning about the intricacies of our unique business.

We have offices and projects throughout the UK so you will need to be flexible and mobile as travel will be required in the role as well as potential rotations. Travel will open you up to varied experiences and is a great way for you to gain broad knowledge and practical skills during the two-year graduate programme. Our mentors and buddies will offer you support through the programme and share their knowledge with you.

What we are looking for

Qualifications

We look for those who embody our company ethos, whilst academically you’ll have completed your degree (or about to), on course to achieve a 2.1 or above on business or management related programme.
