Where you'll work
You’ll have the opportunity to work within our pensions administration service supporting our public sector business services customers within KWS.
What you’ll do
As a Pensions Administration team member, you’ll rotate throughout the department, gaining an understanding of each area of the pensions service. You’ll work alongside, and be mentored by, experienced and knowledgeable Pensions and finance professionals. You’ll learn key skills such as the ability to manage a wide ranging workload, attention to detail and stakeholder management to become a well-rounded Pensions Administrator. From there you’ll have the chance to continue your career path with Kier in your chosen pension role.

Qualifications and experience requirements
We look for those who embody our company ethos, whilst academically you will have completed your degree (or about to), on course to achieve a 2.1 or above in a finance, payroll or business related discipline.
