With the team spanning Europe, The Middle East and Africa, your projects will also have a distinct international flavour.
Kimberly-Clark is an innovative business looking for talented students to join our one year industrial placement programme based in Brighton, Reigate or Kings Hill.
The Industrial Placement:
You will take on a 12-month, structured programme in Supply Chain based at one of our UK offices.
We provide you with real responsibility, cross-functional projects, senior-level visibility, formal technical training and a real impact on important FMCG products.
Here’s what our past Supply Chain interns say about working with us:
“Kimberly-Clark's supply chain placement has been a great insight to what goes on behind the scenes in FMCG. My role has taught me multifunctional skills and gives me the opportunity to get noticed in a large company. I've been given a job that actually matters to business success so I feel valued for my work. Everyone is very friendly and approachable if I need help. All in all, a really brilliant place to work!” - Josh, Supply Chain IP 2015
At Kimberly-Clark we make sure each placement student has a comprehensive support network. We allocate a buddy – usually a graduate scheme predecessor and you will also be supported by a senior mentor for the duration of the programme.
Life after the Industrial Placement:
If you perform well during your 12-month placement with us, you will have the opportunity to join our Supply Chain Graduate Programme, starting once you have finished your degree.
This two year development programme provides an opportunity to work across multiple supply chain functions.
You will continue to receive ongoing support during your career at K-C and will be given opportunities to really push yourself and develop your true potential, to become a future Supply Chain Leader.
