Graduate Accountancy Training Programme

Job description

We are currently accepting applications for our Graduate accountancy training programme to commence in each January and September.

These diverse roles will include a range of financial management and advisory functions, tax and audit work.

Our opportunities
We are an approved ICAEW and ACCA training employer, as well as an IIP accredited firm and we are committed to offering a first class training package.

As part of our award-winning graduate programme, successful candidates will train alongside and learn from our experienced team, who will provide mentoring and on-the-job experience whilst you complete your professional qualification.

You can expect to develop your technical knowledge and practical skills within a multi-disciplined environment, progressing on to become a trusted business advisor.

You will receive extensive support to ensure your professional development and your work will be varied and interesting.

While receiving support from your team, you will be expected to work autonomously and therefore need to be self-motivated, proactive, mature and highly organised.

We offer full study support, a competitive starting salary of £26,000 per annum with six monthly reviews; as well as a generous benefits package.

This includes a contributory pension scheme, life assurance, critical illness cover and permanent health insurance.

In addition we also offer flexible working, aimed at helping you achieve an appropriate work-life balance, as well as an employee assistance scheme to support your wellbeing.

  • Three B's (or equivalent) at A-level (excluding general studies)
  • GCSE English and maths (or equivalent) at a minimum of grade B.
