Rural Graduate Programme

Job description

Based in one of our Rural offices, you’ll learn, experience, and get exposed to everything you need to confidently launch a career in the rural property industry. Following the Rural APC pathway, you’ll gain hands on experience on a diverse range of projects, learning from the best and discovering where your strengths and interests are best placed.

You’ll assist in managing estates on behalf of private and institutional landowners, touching everything from agricultural management to land sales, valuation to compulsory purchase. And you’ll be supported at every step, with industry leading support to help you on your journey towards becoming a fully qualified surveyor.

What we are looking for

With a passion for property, the countryside, and an ambition to become an expert in the rural property sector, you’ll have an undergraduate degree in any subject. You might have some experience within the rural and land-based sector, or some farm-based experience, but this isn’t necessary.

More than anything, you’ll be a true team player ready to dedicate yourself to the role. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a future-focused career right at the heart of the property industry.
