Research Executive - Workplace Wellbeing and Behaviour Change

Job description

Westfield Health and Sheffield Hallam University's Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) require a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) associate to deliver a joint KTP designed to develop a calibrated impact model to understand the impact of Health and Wellbeing interventions on the individuals and companies who invest in them. This essential project is at the core of Westfield Health's strategic growth plan for the coming years as they diversify into health and wellbeing product and service provision.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop an innovative impact model which underpins a range of health and wellbeing interventions that are either being delivered by Westfield Health, or in development in partnership with the AWRC. This model will predict and maximise the effectiveness of these interventions and the impact they have for Westfield Health customers. The application of evidence based behavioural change science is an exciting opportunity in health and wellbeing contexts, and doing so alongside an implementation science approach represents a challenge with a cohort of financially invested participants.

You will be employed by Sheffield Hallam, but will be based at Westfield Health headquarters in Central Sheffield working directly with senior Westfield staff, as well as receiving additional mentoring support from expert University staff.

  • Fixed-term for 36 months
  • Full time - 37 hours per week
