Analytics Graduate Programme

Job description

At KPMG in the UK, you’ll be part of our global network of firms and inspiring community of talented people. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to help them solve some of their most complex challenges and achieve success now, and in the future. Wherever you join us, across audit, tax and pensions, consulting, deal advisory, technology and engineering or KPMG business services, you’ll discover a career path full of rewards.

On this three-year programme, you’ll have the ideal opportunity to work with a range of clients and technologies, on projects that span the delivery lifecycle - from initially shaping a project through its design to technical delivery.
Our Analytics teams use advanced data analysis technologies and techniques to help our clients answer business questions and address commercial issues. We combine our data analytics, modelling, business intelligence, advanced analytics and data science skills to deliver results for our clients.
You could find yourself using data and technology to generate insight for our clients, using machine learning techniques using Python and R. Or you might develop data analytics solutions and data-driven technology assets for clients. You could even be part of our Forensic Technology teams, supporting global clients and their legal advisors in response to litigation, civil disputes, investigations, regulatory, and merger and acquisitions matters. The breadth of our work, expertise and clients in this area, means there will be plenty of opportunities for you to learn and grow.

You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, funded professional qualifications or accreditations relevant to your programme, and the support you need to develop and thrive.
We’ll help you to develop your technical skills, commercial acumen, core consulting skills and a flair for business. With access to numerous KPMG networks and clubs you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social and professional networks, too.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, study leave and a day off on your birthday. With up to six days of work-time for volunteering – on top of your annual leave - you’ll be encouraged to make a difference beyond the office, too.

What we are looking for

You’ll be passionate about continually adapting your skills and knowledge, curious and interested in telling stories with data. We’re also seeking those with a keen interest in technology and business issues, as well as good communication skills and the desire to take on early responsibility.

We’ll look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the ‘How to Apply’ section on our website for further guidance.

You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
