We use our insights, sector expertise and innovative technologies to deliver outcomes that make a positive difference for businesses, people, communities and the planet.
What is KPMG Business Services?
KPMG’s Business Services (KBS) function provides internal business services, advice and expertise to KPMG. KBS is structured around three groups –
- Business Partnering - providing strategic support and insight to business leaders
- Centres of Expertise - deep specialist expertise and delivery of transformation initiatives
- Operational Excellence Hubs - delivering services and support that keeps our business running efficiently.
On this apprenticeship, you’ll work within our Operational Excellence Hubs (OEH), which are made up of innovative and collaborative teams that deliver services to support our client-facing colleagues.
KPMG Business Services Apprenticeship
OEH support the business through a variety of specialist teams, who work collaboratively to support the business to run smoothly – dealing with customer queries, running day-to-day operations, managing records, generating reports and providing executive assistant and administrative support. On this two-year apprenticeship, you’ll spend your first year within the Administration Services KPMG (ASK) team. You’ll gain a breadth of experience working on a range of activities and projects across the wider KBS function, from the recruitment of new talent to providing exceptional administrative support. After this first year, we’ll then give you the opportunity to specialise within an OEH team.
Training and Benefits
With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way, gaining learning for a lifetime. You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications or accreditations and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development. On this apprenticeship, you’ll study for the Level Three Business Administration qualification.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
