Job description
KPMG in the UK is part of a global network of member firms that offers Audit, Consulting, Deal Advisory, Tax & Law and Technology services. We use our insights, sector expertise and innovative technologies to deliver outcomes that make a positive difference for businesses, people, communities and the planet.
What is Consulting at KPMG?
Our Consulting teams immerse themselves in our clients’ business, applying sector knowledge and technology solutions to help companies grow and thrive. We work across diverse industries and sectors, from global organisations to the public sector, retail companies to UK banks and more, offering you the chance to gain a real breadth of work experience.
Consulting Managed Services Apprenticeship
On this two-year programme, you’ll help clients who are looking to temporarily outsource parts of their business. You’ll work on a variety of projects and spend time across different areas through three-to-six-month rotational placements, before specialising in an area of your choice. You could be part of a team involved in analysing data, supporting planning, developing new recruitment processes, assessing the impact of business change or testing our risk management tools. We’ll empower you to build core business skills and knowledge, including project management skills, as you work alongside our specialists to deliver quality services to our clients.
Training and Benefits
With the KPMG community by your side, you’ll have the support to grow in your own way. You’ll have access to funded, relevant professional qualifications or accreditations and an extensive programme of internal training geared towards your career and personal development. On this programme, you’ll study towards the Level Three Business Administration Apprenticeship.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits too, including 25 days’ holiday, study leave and a day off on your birthday. What’s more, you can take up to six days of time off to take part in volunteering initiatives.
What we look for
KPMG is a place where you can be yourself and give your best - whoever you are and whatever your background. We look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the specific programme page on our Careers Portal for entry requirements and our ‘How to Apply’ section for detailed application guidance.
