Deal Advisory Graduate Programmes

Job description

At KPMG in the UK, you’ll be part of our global network of firms and inspiring community of talented people. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes to help them solve some of their most complex challenges and achieve success now, and in the future. Wherever you join us, across audit, tax and pensions, consulting, deal advisory, technology and engineering or KPMG business services, you’ll discover a career path full of rewards.

On our Deal Advisory Graduate programmes, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, helping them to buy, sell, fund, fix and partner with confidence.

Our Graduate Programmes in this area include:
  • Deal Advisory empowered
  • Deal Advisory intensive
  • Deal Advisory Mandarin
  • Mergers and acquisitions empowered
  • Mergers and acquisitions intensive

You’ll gain experience of the whole deal cycle, providing advice and adding value at every stage – including on some very high profile deals. You could advise a company on a merger, how to turn a struggling business around, or how to see a new acquisition through successfully.

We offer our Graduate Trainees flexible study routes. On our Empowered programmes you’ll spread your exams and work experience over the three-year programme, whilst our Intensive programmes allows you to frontload the majority of your exams in the first year, so you can focus on work experience in your remaining two years.
With access to numerous KPMG networks and clubs you’ll have the opportunity to expand your social and professional networks, too.
We offer a competitive salary and a host of great benefits, including 25 days holiday, a daily lunch allowance, study leave and a day off on your birthday. With up to six days of work-time for volunteering – on top of your annual leave - you’ll be encouraged to make a difference beyond the office, too.

What we are looking for

We’ll look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations. See the ‘How to Apply’ section our website for further guidance.

Please note: for Deal Advisory Mandarin, you’ll need to be fluent in both English and Mandarin, and commit to a secondment of six months in China once qualified.

You’ll need to have, or be on course to achieve, a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline.
