This role provides an excellent opportunity for the post holder to develop their knowledge and experience of Asset Management analysis in a large and dynamic organisation with a social purpose. Applications are welcome from analysts with relevant experience and recent graduates in subjects such as: property management, real estate management, business, economics and finance or investment management.

Reporting to the Asset Information Manager, this role will offer the post holder the opportunity to join the newly formed Asset Information Team, within the Maintenance Strategy directorate. Joining the business at an exciting period of change as we seek to transform our operations, invest more in our existing homes and grow by building new homes.

As a dynamic, solution focused Analyst, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders and colleagues to maintain and apply L&Q's Asset Management systems. You will perform desktop analysis to rank properties, and identify Asset Management opportunities. Completing both financial and non-financial modelling and scenario analysis and applying commercial concepts to Asset Management in a social context.

You will use a mixture of technical, commercial, and communication knowledge, to analyse and rank asset performance. This will include identifying opportunities to add value through Asset Management activity and communicating the results to multiple stakeholders. You will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute to embedding Asset Management Information in L&Q's operational decision making.

There will be a degree of business travel to properties and offices across L&Q as well as some flexibility to work from other L&Q offices including Stratford.
