The Finance Graduate Programme is designed to enhance your skills, build your experience and provide you with an in-depth understanding of finance at Lendlease.

During the programme you will study for the ACA professional qualification, as well as attend structured in-house development courses whilst having the opportunity to work in finance across a broad range of the Lendlease business.

  • A minimum 2:1 classification in accounting and/or finance preferred. Other degree qualifications with a strong numerical elelment will be considered.
  • Some relevant and demonstrable work experience.
