Our Development business has a proven global track record in delivering complex mixed use large scale urban regeneration schemes incorporating residential, retail and offices, to establish a new benchmark for best practice in urban regeneration within the European market, including Elephant Park, International Quarter London, and Timberyard Deptford. We are looking for graduates who can help us deliver our extensive pipeline including Silvertown Quays, Euston OSD and Birmingham Smithfield. We operate an integrated team to manage the entire development process, from site acquisition, to Masterplanning, consulting with local authorities on town planning, development and project management, sales, leasing and asset management.
Your role as a year graduate is to learn from the Lendlease Graduate Scheme to develop business acumen to understand how we operate and succeed as a company. You will support the delivery objectives for the team and fulfil activities specific to the role. You will also progress their own technical competency in order to succeed and progress. You will gain exposure to the full property development lifecycle and advocate the Lendlease Principles of safety, sustainability, diversity and inclusion and customer focus.
In addition to our expertise in real estate, Lendlease believes technology and data, infrastructure and service systems can be used to enhance the way our cities work. We use digitisation and analytics to generate insights to improve the design and performance of the places we deliver. We believe smart solutions, including smart cities will also be enabled when urban environments and cities deliver superior environmental, social and economic outcomes for our communities

Both pathways are designed to enhance your skills, build your experience and provide you with an in-depth understanding of development across our projects and business units, including Residential, Retail and Office.

If you choose to go on the Urban Analytics and Smart Cities route, your focus will be on designing and delivering superior urban analytics and smart city solutions for our projects.
You will be supported through a structured learning and development programme, a variety of on-the-job assignments, and networking opportunities, including:
- A graduate conference to develop your self-awareness and ability to build great relationships
- A series of business capability workshops in areas such as Negotiation and Business Acumen
- Ongoing catch-ups with senior leaders to encourage and steer your progress
- A buddy and a mentor
- Funding of your annual membership and associated fees, plus access to a qualified advisor to help you achieve your professional RICS status (candidates with a RICS accredited degree)

What we are looking for
