Join our Construction business and you will work on projects in a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, retail and urban regeneration. As a Graduate Construction Manager you will have responsibility for the day to day management of all activities on site. Your first consideration will be the safety of everyone who may be affected by our operations. Over the two years of the graduate programme you will not only develop a wide range of skills and experience across all stages of the construction process, you will also establish a network of colleagues that will stay with you as your career progresses. Construction is a team game and nothing beats the spirit created by working with a group of professional and highly motivated peers to deliver an outstanding outcome.
As a participant of the Lendlease Graduate Programme, you will become part of a diverse, team-based environment where you will have the opportunity to work with truly experienced professionals, in a culture that ensures you develop and grow – in fact, many of our leaders began their career as part of our graduate programme.
Our unique programme streams are developed in line with our vision and business strategy and are tailored to enhance your skills and support you for future roles with Lendlease. You will be supported through a structured learning and development programme, a variety of on the job assignments, and networking opportunities, including:
- An annual conference; developing your self-awareness and ability to build great relationships;
- A series of business capability workshops in areas such as negotiating and business acumen;
- Ongoing catch ups with senior leaders to encourage and steer your progress;
- A buddy and a mentor.
During the two-year programme you will develop lasting networks with both senior leaders and fellow graduates. Upon completion of our programme we are proud to say that some of our best graduates have been successful in securing sought after opportunities across our international projects in places like Sydney and Singapore.
For over 50 years we have used our imagination to create the best places, state-of-the-art buildings, thriving communities and ingenious infrastructure solutions. Our journey has taken us across the globe, from Australia to Asia, the Americas and Europe. And along the way we have set new standards by challenging conventional thinking for the better.
