Our Finance team provides both strategic insight and operational financial support to all areas of our business, playing a pivotal role in driving the performance of the Group. This includes partnering with the business to assist in driving and influencing key strategic decision making; providing timely, reliable and accurate analysis, reporting and expert advice; as well as establishing our systems, processes and reporting platforms to support business performance and day to day management.
The Finance stream of our Graduate Programme is designed to enhance your skills, build your experience and provide you with an in-depth understanding of finance at Lendlease. During the programme you will undertake further studies (e.g. Masters in Finance, ACA, CIMA, CFA, ACT, CTA), as well as attend structured in-house development courses whilst having the opportunity to work in finance across a broad range of the Lendlease business.
As a participant of the Lendlease Graduate Programme, you will become part of a diverse, team-based environment where you will have the opportunity to work with truly experienced professionals, in a culture that ensures you develop and grow – in fact, many of our leaders began their career as part of our graduate programme.
Our unique programme streams are developed in line with our vision and business strategy and are tailored to enhance your skills and support you for future roles with Lendlease. You will be supported through a structured learning and development programme, a variety of on the job assignments, and networking opportunities, including:
- An annual conference; developing your self-awareness and ability to build great relationships;
- A series of business capability workshops in areas such as negotiating and business acumen;
- Ongoing catch ups with senior leaders to encourage and steer your progress;
- A buddy and a mentor.
During the two-year programme you will develop lasting networks with both senior leaders and fellow graduates. Upon completion of our programme we are proud to say that some of our best graduates have been successful in securing sought after opportunities across our international projects in places like Sydney and Singapore.

Qualifications and experience requirements
- The right to live and work in the UK.
- A minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance are preferred.
- Other degree qualifications with a strong numerical element will be considered.
- Some relevant and demonstrable work experience.
