Graduate to work within the Commercial and Procurement Functions. Provide assistance to the Commercial and Procurement teams on account management, sales and purchase order processing, invoicing, bid support, customer contract review meetings, agreements processing, system and process adherence and general commercial/procurement administration. Individual to have a basic understanding/awareness on contract law.
The individual will help Commercial and Procurement Managers deliver their account management responsibilities and will support bid team activities. They will help with sales order processing and purchase order activities and help administer and maintain commercial agreements databases.They will also help process standard form agreements and ensure the accuracy of our agreements databases.
May be required to work across the Division's main sites, Bristol, Basildon and Southampton.

- You must be able to satisfy the necessary security clearance for the role applied for and meet a minimum of five years permanent residency in the UK.
Qualifications and experience requirements
- Must have obtained or are predicted to obtain a minimum of an upper second class honours degree in a relevant discipline (for example business dtudies, law etc)
