We seek a talented, enthusiastic and motivated building surveying under-graduate who shares our values and is excited about the opportunity to join an innovative, challenging, collaborative and customer focused organisation.
The successful candidate will work within our professional services team offering building surveying services across our major works investment, responsive repairs and new build programmes. This will be within a 12-month development programme as part of a sandwich degree.
Lewisham Homes is an ambitious and fast growing organisation set up to improve housing in the borough, currently managing 18,000 homes on behalf of Lewisham Council. - A passion to work in social housing.
- To be working towards a building surveying degree that is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (Building Surveying Professional Group) with intention of completing the Assessment of Professional Competence.
- Three A’ levels at grade C or above, or the equivalent.
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commence full-time summer 7 August 2017
You will need to be highly motivated as you will move between teams and work activities, and colleagues will change. You will need have good time management skills and an ability to prioritise your work effectively, be able to settle into new work situations quickly and deliver high standards of performance.
