Our Business Management & Customer Operations team helps us by acting as our internal strategic consultant and making sure our customers receive the best service and experience, every time.

What you’ll do

Join us on this programme, and over two years you’ll discover a lot about our business, but most importantly about yourself and your interests. Throughout three, eight-month placements across the UK, you’ll learn about how we provide services within the whole organisation. You could be, managing the flow of payments, managing people and projects, or providing internal consultancy to improve things for our customers. Above all, you’ll get a strategic view of one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

Your development

We want to help you to build your skills to become a valuable leader, so you’ll receive mentoring, and take part in masterclasses, volunteering, innovation jams, and practical on-the-job learning. You’ll also study for a professional qualification, such as Chartered Banker and, by the time you finish, you’ll be equipped to build a career that matters to you.
