Are you analytically minded and good at solving challenging problems? Could you see yourself working with clients, supporting the development and execution of their financial strategy? About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month placements across a variety of business areas, developing your strengths and making a real difference for our clients.
Day-to-day you could be:
- Building strong client relationships across the UK and global markets
- Supporting our Business Development teams on a variety of projects
- Creating innovative business solutions for our clients’ needs
- Collaborating with colleagues and business areas across Lloyds Banking Group
- Getting to know your clients better through researching their sector, markets and more
