Are you analytically minded and good at solving challenging problems? Could you see yourself working with clients, supporting the development and execution of their financial strategy? Are you at your best when you’re working as part of an ambitious team? If the answer is yes, you’ll be a great fit for our Client Relationship Management teams.

About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month placements across a variety of business areas, developing your strengths and making a real difference for our clients.

Day-to-day you could be:

  • Building strong client relationships across the UK and global markets
  • Supporting our Business Development teams on a variety of projects
  • Creating innovative business solutions for our clients’ needs
  • Collaborating with colleagues and business areas across Lloyds Banking Group
  • Getting to know your clients better through researching their sector, markets and more

We’ll support you to complete a professional qualification – such as ACT, CFA, CISI or CIMA – and you’ll also have the chance to lead on UK community volunteering initiatives.

Our Graduate Programmes are rotational and our Client Relationship Management roles are predominately based in London. You’ll be required to do one regional placement during the programme.

Duration: Two years.

What we are looking for


A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and an open mind.
