Are you analytically minded and able to understand everything from statistics to large volumes of data? Are you interested in how technology is changing the way services and products are created? If the answer is yes, then you should join our Client Solutions teams, where you’ll be designing products that help our clients to attract and retain global investment.

About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete four six-month placements in London, with the opportunity to work nationally. You’ll work in a variety of areas to develop your strengths and understanding of our business and make an impact through your contribution to a variety of projects.

Day-to-day you could be:

  • Researching the market to discover regulatory and sector changes
  • Championing innovation, pioneering new ideas and taking them to market at speed
  • Building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Managing our clients’ financing needs through trade instruments, loans and bond financing
  • Engaging with clients to deliver risk management solutions through sales activities.

We’ll support you to complete a professional qualification – such as ACT, CFA, CISI or CIMA – and you’ll also have the chance to lead on UK community volunteering initiatives.you to achieve a professional qualification with ACT, CFA, CISI, CIMA or similar.

Our Graduate Programmes are rotational and our Client Relationship Management roles are predominately based in London. You’ll be required to do one regional placement during the programme.

What we are looking for


A 2:2 degree or above in any discipline from any university and an open mind.
