Job description

What will you discover in a Consumer and Product Management career with us?

You love variety, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking responsibility for your own projects. You’re also interested in the world of personal and business finance, and how it impacts people’s everyday lives. If you’re looking for a graduate job with a leading UK organisation, you should apply for our Lloyds Banking Group Customer and Product Management Graduate Leadership Programme.

With over 30 million customers and a relationship with almost every household and community in the UK, Lloyds Banking Group makes a difference in the lives of millions of people. We strive to be the best bank for customers, and our Consumer and Product Management teams help us do this by listening to our customers’ needs and offering sound financial solutions. That might be for consumers looking for car finance through our Black Horse brand, or for businesses seeking corporate credit cards or vehicle leasing services through our Lex Autolease brand.

What you’ll do

Over two years on this programme, you’ll experience three, eight-month placements across multiple UK cities. You’ll learn a lot about our business, and discover more about yourself and your strengths. You could help consumers finance their lives using credit cards or next-generation payment systems, or provide personal loans. You might also spend a placement in Motor Finance, which offers finance products to new car buyers, as well as vehicle leasing. Across any of these areas, you’ll work in a customer-facing, specialist, and leadership roles to develop your customer service, project and people management skills, within teams whose interests are as diverse as yours are.

Your development

This programme is designed to embrace your passions and interests in a learning culture that fits around you. You’ll receive mentoring, and complete masterclasses and practical on-the-job learning. You’ll also get to choose an industry-recognised qualification to study for, such as project management or Chartered Financial Analyst. By the end of the programme, you’ll have developed the finely tuned leadership qualities needed to become one of our senior managers of the future.
