You’ll work on everything from transformational change initiatives to create a more digitally-focused bank, to development projects with our product teams to improve how we interact with our customers. All the while building the skills to lead our organisation – both now and in the future.
About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month placements in different locations around the UK, working in a variety of areas to develop your strengths, knowledge of our business, and how it functions. From project management to cyber security, this programme offers a broad range of experiences to help you build your career in almost any division within Lloyds Banking Group.
Day-to-day you could be:
- Leading the re-design of our products to better serve the needs of our customers
- Inspiring your team to make a difference for themselves and their customers
- Introducing new technology that will make banking easier for customers
- Embracing new technologies and different ways of working in order to deliver excellence for our customers
- Researching insights and trends to find new opportunities and markets
- Interacting with customers and building your knowledge of the products we offer

That’s why you’ll receive the tools you need to develop the career you want – from mentoring, volunteering initiatives, tailored learning and a professional qualification. Your managers will also work with you to create a personalised development plan to support your progression throughout your graduate programme.
