You can help us to understand how well we currently meet our customers’ needs, how we design products to help them and how we can adapt in a constantly evolving world, to transform the way we protect their futures.
About the programme
Over two years, you’ll complete three eight-month placements in a variety of locations around the UK. You’ll develop a better understanding of our business and build on your strengths while making an impact on a variety of projects.
Day-to-day you could be:
- Leading projects to increase opportunities for Lloyds Banking Group
- Identifying trends and making business recommendations to ensure the best outcomes for our customers
- Building products and services delivered through a variety of channels and channel propositions, to support our customers’ needs
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business to create new opportunities for our customers
- Developing your digital and leadership skills, which will be invaluable for your future career.

We’ll also support you to study for a Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Institute of Insurers. Through the Insurance Products and Financial Planning Solutions graduate programme, you’ll build the foundations for a career that will impact 10 million customers across the UK.
Our Actuarial scheme
Lloyds Banking Group also offers an Actuarial scheme within our Insurance Finance team, under our insurance brand, Scottish Widows. This rotational programme offers graduates the opportunity to train as an actuary, working within the insurance business to deliver fair outcomes for customers, and ensure the company remains in strong financial health.
