What you’ll do
This dynamic, two-year programme will offer you the chance to discover a lot about our business – and yourself. Over three, eight-month placements, you’ll get involved in high-profile work within a range of areas. You could be the link between our Technology, Retail and Commercial teams interpreting internal customer needs to create innovative tech solutions, or helping keep out systems running and evolving. You could also work in our Project Management area or manage our expert programming teams.
We’ll encourage you to embrace your unique passions, strengths and interests – and discover new ones – in a learning culture that fits around you. You’ll receive full development support and comprehensive training that includes mentoring, masterclasses innovation jams, volunteering and practical on-the-job learning. You’ll also be supported to complete a professional qualification, too.
