Your Customer, Specialist and Leadership placements will take you to different locations around the UK; where you’ll learn about our customers, their needs, and how we support and manage our teams to meet those needs. This could involve everything from leading projects in a specialist environment, to helping deliver marketing campaigns for our multiple brands. Above all, you’ll experience the full variety of our business across our diverse teams.
This programme is designed to help you embrace your passions, strengths and interests – and discover new ones – in a learning culture that fits around you. We make sure you receive the support you need to grow through masterclasses, innovation jams, volunteering, practical on-the-job learning and mentoring from senior leaders. You’ll also study for the Chartered Banker qualification too. By the time you’re finished, you’ll be equipped to build a career that matters to you.
