Job description

As a continuation of our fast business growth, we’re looking to bring new or recent graduates with up to five years’ work experience into our new business pods in London.

Upon joining, you'll participate in intensive training – both on-the-job and in the classroom – covering all aspects of the company, product and sales cycle. You'll begin by working in business development, using high quality, value-added prospecting techniques to secure target market meetings for your Pod.

During your first year, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning. After around 10-18 months (depending on your progress), you’ll go through the next phase of intensive training and boot camps, with a view of moving into a full sales or account management position within one of the Pods. Or, if more appropriate, perhaps you might migrate to a different function within the company.

Further training continues into the medium term, both with respect to more advanced selling, product understanding, and team management skills.

Company information

Headquartered in London's Shoreditch, LoopUp is a fast-growth technology company with a software-as-a-service solution that helps business people host better and less painful remote meetings.

We’re growing at 40% year-on-year, which led to a successful float on the London Stock Exchange in August 2016. We were the first successful IPO following the UK Brexit vote, and this sets us up for continued strong growth looking forward.

We have offices in London, San Francisco, New York, Boston and Hong Kong, and our international expansion leads to exciting career development opportunities for our team.

For the last seven years, we’ve exclusively recruited new or recent university graduates into our commercial organisation, which is structured into mini teams of six-eight people that we call ‘Pods’. 48 out of the current 50 Pod members came into LoopUp through this graduate programme. The result is a young, fun, collaborative, healthily competitive and successful working environment. At LoopUp, people work hard and you very much get out what you put in.

We have an array of role models who have come through this programme, including three people who have accelerated rapidly into director-level senior management positions around the global group. We have people opening new LoopUp offices after five years with the company, and people leading pods after three years. We’re a meritocracy. If you work hard and do well – with our help and support – there are no artificial limits to your speed of progress.
