Job description

We are looking for driven, enthusiastic and confident graduates to join our content and programme management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first steps on the career ladder with a global company that offers extensive career opportunities, travel and world class training. In this role you will be working with key industry leaders and innovators to develop the intellectual content for commercial programmes across digital and physical platforms as well as project managing these programmes from start through to completion. You will work across different industries and regions with significant focus on the Financial Services industry in Europe, and North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage a portfolio of commercial conferences, webinars and training courses
  • Conduct primary research with leading industry practitioners
  • Source top speakers for the programmes
  • Work closely with marketing, sponsorship, sales and operations teams to drive the success of each programme
  • Run conferences on site in international locations as well as online

What we are looking for

As a company that only promotes from within training and development is essential to us, so prior expertise in Production is not essential, but the following skills and qualities are:

  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb copy-writing skills
  • Determination to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • A passion for learning and self improvement
  • Positive attitude and desire to succeed
  • High level of business acumen and ability to learn quickly from our business leaders
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is a must
  • Spanish language would be a distinct advantage

A 2.1 and above academic qualification of a university degree (or equivalent)
