Job description

In this exciting role you will be put at the heart of developing bespoke industry meetings by researching with senior professionals from firms across the world to learn what their biggest challenges are. Using this information you would then design agendas and acquire speakers to deliver the talks that you believe will add the most value for your audience. Over the year you would produce and run multiple events on a variety of topics across sectors such as finance, energy, pharmaceuticals, and telecoms.

What we are looking for

As a company that only promotes from within training and development is essential to us, so prior expertise in production is not essential, but the following skills and qualities are:

  • You are skilled at primary and secondary research, preferably involving conversational rather than just desk research
  • You have experience at project management, including managing multiple projects at the same time, and delivering micro and macro targets on deadlines
  • You are able to produce copy that is attractive to an executive-level audience and accurately interprets and reflects research
  • You are able to collaborate with stakeholders from diverse teams to brief them on need-to-know information and align diverse goals
  • You love to constantly be learning, both new skills and about new topics
  • You have a positive mentality, and are driven to meet targets set by both others and yourself
  • You are a problem solver who believes they are in control of their own success
  • You enjoy being responsible for projects and driving them forward
  • You like to be challenged and enjoy a fast-paced and hard-working environment


You have a minimum of a 2:1 level degree
