This placement will kick-start your engineering career. Our department works on the entire MBDA UK portfolio of products from concept phase through to in-service support. As part of the UK defence industry, we provide outstanding opportunities across a wide range of applications.

You’ll work in one of the most exciting areas of the aerospace industry as you receive mentorship and support. We’ll help you learn how to use cutting-edge aerodynamic techniques and design missiles of the future.

You’ll develop and use our bespoke tools alongside commercial software to evaluate the performance of airframes. You’ll use your ingenuity to design of a range of missiles in all the different stages of their development (concept, assessment, development, in-service)

What we are looking for

We need you to be studying a degree in aerospace engineering or STEM subject.
