What’s the opportunity?

MBDA is the first fully integrated European defence group; our products are highly complex, safety critical and produced in low volumes. The role of Business Solutions and Improvement is to deliver ‘High Value’ global activity that supports the evolution of the Procurement approach; leading to high performing and competitive global suppliers and ensures that the procurement and technical communities have efficient and effective Tools, Skills and processes.

What will you be doing?

A 12 month Undergraduate Placement will provide opportunities to get involved in various areas of ISP with particular focus on Business Solutions & Improvement.

BS&I is an international function and accountabilities have an international application. Applicants will be expected to liaise with colleagues with colleagues from group nations and will be exposed to different ways or working. Travel to offices across the group is likely in the course of the placement.

Person requirements

Applicants should have a problem solving and analytical mind set, with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications and experience requirements

Applicants should ideally be working towards a degree in an Engineering, Business or Information Technology disciplines.
