We are looking to expand our small team in Garforth – Leeds (LS25) and require a graduate who will be given full training, initially in all aspects of recruitment administration e.g. database management, advertising response handling, website management, candidate registration and general office management, followed by assignment handling/support, sales, marketing, CRM client and candidate relationship management. Throughout the training period you will work closely with and provide support to the Directors to gain a full knowledge of the executive search process.
What we are looking for
This position would suit candidates who are potentially interested in progressing a career in executive search as a Recruitment Consultant.
Candidates must have proficient IT skills in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel. Some work experience involving customer interaction/liaison would also advantageous. We require someone with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A driving licence is strongly preferred.
We would also consider graduates who already have some work experience.
