Graduate Support Engineer Academy

Job description

Do you enjoy problem solving?

We are recruiting the very brightest graduates from all disciplines to attend our Metaswitch Academy in Belfast and learn the skills required to kick-start a successful career in support engineering.

The Metaswitch Academy is an initial nine week training programme, with successful participants being offered permanent careers at Metaswitch at the end of the process. Academy graduates will gain the skills, knowledge and experience required to work with cutting-edge communications technology deployed by carriers worldwide.

Join us and you'll find that the focus is all about you. You're recognised and treated as an individual. Your training is unique to you – tailored to your own wishes and needs – and will continue throughout your career with us. The only constant is that you will be challenged and stretched, but within a supportive environment, working with some of the brightest minds in the business.

What we are looking for

The secret of our success is the people we recruit – and we’re looking for the best. You do not need prior computing experience, but an enquiring mind and a proven aptitude for problem solving are essential, as is an outstanding academic record.
