Website Platform Assistant

Job description

We have big goals over the next few years.

We’re going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

Together we’ll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.

Will you join us?

Mind is at an exciting time of increasing our use of digital technology to expand the reach and impact of our work; and to do this being led by user need and designing with user participation. As part of this, we are looking for a Website Platform Assistant to join our team. Please see details of the role below.

About the role

As Website Platform Assistant, you will work with colleagues within the Digital Platforms team and with Mind’s digital partners to realise that ambition through iterative improvement of our websites. You will work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure our web platforms and services deliver highly valuable supporter and beneficiary experiences.

As a digital team, we recognise that recruiting people with different perspectives and abilities will enable us to provide excellent digital services that meet the widest range of needs.
