Made for graduates who can deliver the goods.
At Morrisons, we give hard-working graduates the chance to be part of a different kind of retailer. You see, unlike our competitors, we own most of our own supply chain. We’re both food makers and shopkeepers. And that’s why our Logistics Graduate Scheme offers you a joined-up training experience that other food retailers can’t – one that gives you a unique insight into food retail.
What you’ll be doing
Based in one of our distribution centres, you’ll gain valuable experience from our transport, transport planning, central logistics and warehousing teams. You’ll also go on a store placement to see how thousands of products get into our customers’ baskets. Over 12 months, you’ll take on many different roles and projects. It’s all about developing the leadership skills you’ll need when you step up to become a team or shift manager.
Qualifications and experience requirements
Along with a minimum 2:1 degree, you’ll need a talent for organisation and a head for figures. We’re looking for rational thinkers who can bring a logical approach to solving complex problems. Not least, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can work with colleagues across our diverse business. A full UK driving licence is also a must, and you should be happy to relocate to different sites to broaden your experience.
